Kildonan UnitingCare is subcontracted by the Adult Multicultural Education Services (AMES) to deliver the Complex Case Support program, which provides specialised and intensive case management for clients experiencing a range of complex settlement issues.
Depending on their assessed need, clients may be eligible to start receiving CCS services up to 2 years after their arrival in Australia. However, some flexibility may be shown to this timeframe in exceptional circumstances.
Particular complexities might include evidence of a profound disability, multiple or debilitating medical conditions, youths deemed to be particularly at risk and / or problems associated with experiences in refugee camps, family conflict, and severe torture and trauma.

The CCS service has 2 main groups of clients: Refugee entrants (visa subclass 200, 201, 203 and 204); and Special Humanitarian Program (visa subclass 202) entrants.
